What We are Trying to do as Artists and Creators

Subject - My subject is what death meant in different cultures during different time periods because so many people are dying right now and we as a society are desensitized to death.

Voice - I want people to feel something when they look at my work and realize just how many people die everyday and how it never really fazes people anymore.

Point of View - I know people who have lost loved ones because of gun violence and the virus that is still relevant in our world. I want to open peoples eyes to the problem.

Medium - I can get my point across better with drawings than with digital art.

Style - My work is about death without ever actually showing a dead body or actually talking about death. I like making people actually think when they look at my work about what I was thinking or wanting the viewer to think.

Time - Death is a big thing right now along with religion and what people believe happens to their loved ones when they die. Everyone has their own views that they hang onto through hard times.
